Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved for each client and allows availability to be offered to others.
