About Myonova Bodywork

My Approach to Lasting Relief

massage therapy sacramento

Many people know where they feel pain, but not why it keeps coming back.

That’s the gap I focus on.

Rather than following a preset routine, I assess how your muscles are responding to daily demands. I observe posture, movement habits, and areas where muscles feel restricted, overworked, or guarded to understand how different regions are interacting.

What I assess:

  • Which muscles are carrying excess workload

  • Where muscle tightness or restriction tends to build

  • How tension in one area may influence muscle strain elsewhere

Based on what I find, the work is targeted and intentional. I focus on the muscles and soft tissues contributing to ongoing discomfort, even when symptoms are felt in a different area.

The goal: Support how your muscles function during everyday movement, whether at work, during activity, and in daily life by providing relief that extends beyond the session rather than relaxation limited to the hour.

What to Expect

Communication

I check in regularly, adjust pressure as needed, and respond to how your body reacts that day. Your feedback guides the depth, focus, and pacing.

Response

If an area isn't releasing as expected, I adjust by changing pressure, switching techniques, or shifting to a related muscle group.

Personalized

No two sessions are the same. Depending on what your body needs, I may work through multiple connected areas or focus deeply on one specific region.

You're not getting a scripted massage. You're getting bodywork shaped by what your body needs in real time.
